|
Play proceeds in a series of rounds. When no round is in progress, the game is in convention. Only the Index, Book of Pages, and Convention Rulebook are in effect while the game is in convention.
A round begins when, while the game is in convention, a motion to begin the next round passes. Each round continues until the rules specify that it ends.
