The pronouns "he", "she", and "they" (declined as appropriate) may all be used to refer to a player of indeterminate gender, though a page should not use two different pronouns to refer to what must be the same player. (E.g., "If a player floobles, he may glooble, or she may klooble." is bad.) Use of the Spivak pronoun is discouraged, and use of other invented non-gendered pronouns is highly discouraged. Calling people "it" isn't very nice.
