|
At the beginning of each turn following a turn in which at least one proposal passed, a Smith//Minmax election is held for "Best of Turn". Every proposal that passed the turn before appears on this ballot, as does None. Each player ranks them from best to worst, according to any criteria he sees fit. The author of the proposal that wins this Smith//Minmax election receives a Handful of pears.
During the first turn of a round, a Best of Turn election shall be held using the proposals passed during the last complete turn of the preceding round.
